Customer fills the custom reservation form
Reservation request is submitted and appears inside the dashboard
Restaurant staff reviews the request and marks it as:
Accepted
Rejected
or leaves it Pending
Customer receives a notification (and optionally SMS/email) with the status
Once accepted, the table is reserved for the selected date & time
