1. Reservation Settings

The restaurant can fully customize how online reservations appear and function using these settings:

✔ Visibility

  • Enable or disable online table reservations

  • Choose when reservations are visible

  • Set time slots, booking windows, and cutoff time

✔ Text & Image

  • Customize reservation title, description, and instructions

  • Add promotional images or banners for reservation section

  • Personalize messages for customers during booking

✔ Form Builder

  • Create custom reservation forms

  • Add fields such as:

    • Name

    • Mobile Number

    • Number of Guests

    • Date & Time

  • Make fields optional or required

2. Customer Reservation Flow

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Customer opens the restaurant website or scans the QR and clicks “Reserve a Table”

  2. Customer fills the custom reservation form

  3. Reservation request is submitted and appears inside the dashboard

  4. Restaurant staff reviews the request and marks it as:

    • Accepted

    • Rejected

    • or leaves it Pending

  5. Customer receives a notification (and optionally SMS/email) with the status

  6. Once accepted, the table is reserved for the selected date & time


3. Restaurant Reservation Management

The restaurant gets full control through four dedicated sections:

1. New Reservation

  • Fresh reservations received from customers

  • Waiting for review or action

2. All Reservations

  • Complete list of every reservation ever made

  • Filter by date, customer, status, or time slot

3. Pending Reservations

  • Reservations waiting for confirmation

  • Staff can Accept or Reject with one click

  • View customer message & preferences

4. Accepted Reservations

  • Confirmed reservations

  • Used to plan seating and prepare staff accordingly

  • Shows time, number of guests, and customer details

5. Rejected Reservations

  • Records of reservations that were declined

  • Useful for analytics and customer support
